Dr. Glenn HUI - Founder & Chief Enlightenment Officer (CEO)

Dr. Glenn Hui

Dr. Hui got his Ph.D. degree in public policy in 2003. Afterward, he worked at City University of Hong Kong from 2004 to 2019. His teaching areas were policy analysis, e-governance, policy research methods, public administration, job interview skills, social entrepreneurship, strategy planning, and ESG. In 2019, Dr Hui started a new chapter by becoming a "slashie". Besides teaching in various higher education institutions in Hong Kong (e.g., Lingnan University, The Education University of Hong Kong, and Hang Seng University), he joins the purpose-driven movement in the non-profit and business sectors by promoting social impact assessment (SIA). Dr Hui completed B-Corp, SROI, and ESG trainings, and specialized in impact and value creation measurement, with the applications of data-driven and data analytics. On top of that, he is one of the co-founders and an education consultant of an AI and machine learning startup, Infinity Lab, which has received $800K from three local funds. Currently, he is the honorary advisor of the iRecycle Charity Foundation, Hong Kong Mental Wellness Association, Arts for Good Foundation, Childhood is Limited, and ESG Goals.

Dr. Chris CHEUNG - Co-Founder & Chief Value Creator

Dr. Chris Cheung

Dr. Cheung got his Ph.D. degree in Education University of Hong Kong in 2015. Afterward, he worked in various research centres at the Education University of Hong Kong as a postdoctoral researcher. From May 2020 to May 2022, Dr. Cheung worked as Head (Research Office) and Assistant Professor at the Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education. He was responsible for setting up the Research office and promoting the research capacity and culture. From December 2022 to January 2023, Dr. Cheung acted as the Head (Research Office) at Tung Wah College. Other than research capacity building (e.g., application of funding) and promoting the research profile of the college, he was also responsible for developing various research infrastructures (e.g., policy and scheme) and implementing those measures to support the research development of the college. At the same time, he has also expanded his scope of work in ESG. Supported by Dr. Cheung's rich experience in funding applications, project management, research, and a strong passion for social innovation and social services, Dr. Cheung has joined the CSV.HK as the Co-founder and Chief Value Creator.

Mr. Steven LAW - Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Mr. Steven Law

Mr. Law got his Master’s Degree in Social Sciences (Global Political Economy) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2022. His research interests include sustainability and social development, environmental policy, education policy, and youth policy. Before pursuing his Master’s Degree, Mr. Law was a secondary school teacher and worked as the Panel Head of the Geography Department in a secondary school. He was responsible for the curriculum design, assessment, and implementation of geography education. After completing his Master's Degree, Mr. Law has expanded his scope of work in research, ESG planning, and impact assessment. Currently, he is the Chief Information Officer at CSV.HK.
